Originally from the Midwest, I’ve been fortunate to live in Colorado since 2001. I have been licensed as a real estate broker since 2006, all of which have been with Your Castle Real Estate. I have worked through both extremes in the Denver metro market. From an extreme buyer’s market, with a surplus of inventory, to the ultra-competitive seller’s market, with not enough properties to go around. I have seen it all. I believe that real estate is an excellent long term investment that empowers individuals and families to achieve their future goals.

My goal is to make each transaction as smooth as possible. I do this by educating my clients about potential bumps along the road, and by keeping them informed every step of the way. Even in an extremely competitive market, there is always room for negotiations. Bought a home in 2018 in North Star Hills, Denver, CO 80260. I am writing this to express my heartfelt gratitude in working with Holly on many real estate transactions over the last 10 years.
